Terry Rossi

Terry Rossi

Co-Founder & Chief Information Officer

The co-founder and CEO of PICS ITech, Terry is highly qualified with over 30 years of IT and business experience. He has held certifications from Microsoft, CISCO, HP, VMware and others. Before co-founding PICS Terry was Manager of Technical Support for a large ERP provider.   This valuable experience gives him the expertise he needs to oversee service delivery to our customers, provide VCIO and technical consulting services and drive the business forward. Terry is a key part of helping us to continually deliver unbeatable service.
Because cyber-security is such a large problem for businesses Terry is a proud member of Infragard.  InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI and the private sector. It is an association of persons who represent businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S.

Terry's hobbies include spending time on the water, boating with his family and keeping abreast of the latest trends in technology. He is currently into streaming audio and video production, drones, and struggling with the decision to learn how to fly.   He is an IPhone guy.


Richard J. Rosenthal

Richard J. Rosenthal is a co-founder of PICS with over 20 years of ERP & Business System implementation experience. During his extensive career, Rich has successfully managed dozens of ERP implementation projects for multiple verticals and company sizes. Rich currently leads the PICS Enterprise Software Division which includes ERP System implementations as well as supporting a global customer base for PICS's Enterprise Content Management (ECM)/Business Process Management (BPM) solution, DocLib. Rich holds a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a minor in Economics and is QAD Certified in Manufacturing, Distribution & Financials. Rich is a former Manager of ERP Software provider QAD's Application Support Department. He is an IPhone guy.

Chief Digital Transformation Officer

Brian Atchison joined the PICS ITech Team in 2009, bringing with him a great passion for working with small, medium, and enterprise clients, in a wide range of industries, across the world to navigate through today's technology landscape to improve their business. He plays an integral part of PICS ITech's vision for Digital Transformation amongst our clients.

A key member of the IT Leadership Team, Brian combines his experiences in Business Process Automation with todays’ technology (virtualization, cloud, applications, hardware, etc…) advancements to improve our customers’ businesses. The IT responsibilities in today’s company are not just infrastructure, it's process automation, key business continuity, and aligning business objectives. We use this to satisfy clients and generate more revenue with the use of technology and give a competitive advantage.

He is a proud recipient of South Jersey Biz Top 20 under 40. The list and research honor 20 South Jersey professionals that are under 40 years of age and are well on their way to success. In his free time, Brian enjoys active pursuits, including golfing, boating, and coaching youth sports teams in his local area.

Sharon is a CPA licensed in New Jersey with more than 25 years of varied financial and business experience in the professional services, consulting, technology and banking environments. She is committed to the effective and efficient daily performance and results of finance, accounting, human resources and office administration, all while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal tax laws, GAAP and bank covenants. She maintains membership in the NJSCPA and AICPA, both professional accounting associations. In her free time, Sharon enjoys taking care of her daughter’s horse and grooming at horse shows. She also is an avid NY Giants fan.

Service Manager

With nearly a decade in service & project coordination, help desk support, applications support, process improvement, and metrics development, Alan manages the PICS ITech Service Desk. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and is starting on his ITIL certifications this year. Alan enjoys going to the museum, gaming, concerts, Sci-Fi, working on the house, and can’t wait to go back to Italy. He is an Android guy.

Virtual Chief Information Officer

Bob has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience providing technology services and solutions. As the Virtual Chief Information Officer for PICS ITech, he serves as a business technology consultant to our managed services clients. This is accomplished through gaining an intimate knowledge of the clients’ business and helping them infuse their strategy with technology. Bob has also been certified by the Digital Maturity Group as a Digital Advisor. Some of his specialties include executive leadership, strategic planning, and enterprise architecture

Bob has served on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Folksong Society, and in his free time when he’s not playing guitar, he and his wife Jessica enjoy camping and music festivals.

I join PICS August of 2020, I recently graduated in January 2021 with a bachelor’s from Rutgers in Information Technology and Informatics. I am currently enrolled in classes to obtain my Comptia ITF and Network+ certifications. And I enjoy backpacking, kayaking, cooking, and enjoy going to concerts and UFC fights.

Andrew is a high level technician, proficient in a variety of technologies and solution with over a decade of experience in the IT industry. Andrew has worked to develop and utilizes a comprehensive methodology and approach to provide customers a resource in achieving a competitive advantage in their specific industry or vertical by employing IT solutions. In his free time, Andrew enjoys watching the local Philly sports teams, especially the Flyers and Eagles, and spending time with his family and friends. He is an IPhone guy.


Dexter D.

Remote Systems Engineer

Four years in the IT industry as a regional IT specialist and subject matter expert has armed Dexter with an impressive variety of skills and expertise, covering application and desktop support, network level support; Windows Server, active directory, group policy, exchange, backup and disaster recovery, Viper anti-virus and RAID technology. In his spare time, Dexter enjoys reading tech magazines for PC hardware updates as well as playing sports and watching movies and concerts.

Service Board Dispatch/ Technical Support

Twelve years of industry experience and a background as a webmaster, Web developer, technical support specialist and sales & customer service representative has provided Don with a wealth of IT knowledge. Don's role includes distributing service tickets to the technical team, providing technical support for PICS ITech's customers, webhosting customers, providing Internet connectivity to customers and administering and maintaining Linux and Windows hosting servers. Don's hobbies include SCUBA diving in remote locations, with his favorite dive spots being Truk Lagoon and Palau.  He is an Android guy.

Dottie is the Marketing Assistant at PICS ITech. She is a proud mother of two teenage boys and a Philadelphia sports fan. (Go Eagles!) Dottie has been a part of a bowling league for over 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys going to movie theaters and casinos.

Erik joins the PICS ITech team with more than 15 years of technology experience. Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and is a certified VMware and Project Management professional. Erik is passionate about delivering the highest levels of quality, support and continual improvement process. Erik is a family man, with devotion to his beautiful wife Britt and proud father of daughter Maeve and son Kellan.


Gareth E.

Engineer

Gareth has 8 years of experience working in IT, focusing on hardware and system deployment. He has worked on large scale PC deployments at Albuquerque Public Schools and Eclipse Aerospace, and has experience planning and implementing comprehensive hardware refresh and replacement programs, automating software installation and operating system builds to assure client systems are configured reliably and consistently. Gareth is a technology enthusiast who takes part in Microsoft's "Windows Insider" program testing new preview builds of Windows and other software, and builds and upgrades computer hardware in his spare time. In his free time, Gareth also enjoys visiting the zoo and museums with his young son.

Jeff has over 27 years’ experience in the IT industry.  Jeff has extensive experience in Server hardware, Microsoft server, Microsoft Exchange, and networking.  Jeff's role is a member of the project team and level 3 escalations. Away from the office, Jeff enjoys sports, MMA, and traveling.

Jesse has five years of project coordination and scheduling experience including 2 years of technical dispatching experience. Jesse is a Computing and Informatics Major, specializing in Systems Analysis who completed his bachelor’s program at Rowan University in 2021. When he is not working, he enjoys meditating, yoga, reading, and live music.

Kent has over 18 years of diversified IT industry experience, as well as experience in project management, office relocations and customer training. His extensive experience in Microsoft server, network and email technologies compliment his diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities. Kent’s role in project management and customer support is vital to providing top notch service to PICS ITech’s customers. In his personal time, Kent enjoys traveling with his wife, watching motorcycle and F1 racing, the NJ Devils and riding his Harley.  He is an Android guy.

With nearly 10 years experience in IT and helpdesk troubleshooting, Mark is one of our front line technicians. With a diverse array of talents and interests that include desktop & application support, server administration, network design, database administration, as well as business process management and problem solving. Mark is well poised to assist in a broad array of situations. In his free time Mark enjoys camping, hiking, and playing backyard sports. He is an Android guy.

Ronnie has 3 years of helpdesk experience with an additional year of general technical experience. Outside of IT he has previous experience in warehouse work, quality assurance training, and Pharmaceutical research and development. Ronnie has completed Google IT Certificate courses as well as attended Suffolk County Community College. When he is not working, his hobbies include gaming, 3D-printing, and gadget tinkering.

Ryan has been in IT for nearly 8 years, providing consultation services, desktop support, system administration and working diligently to maintain client systems in a variety of environments both large and small. With great passion for current mainstream technology, he has a wide skill set that ranges among Windows server, Mac OS, virtualization, network implementation and database support. Ryan’s hobbies include, local musician, health and fitness, technology and the outdoors.

Stan brings us more than 20 years of IT experience with the past 10 excelling within the world of fast paced MSPs. A Customer Support expert, Stan has a superb feel for what people need and keeps the solution simple. Digitization, cloud conversions and hybrids with an underlying commitment to security is his focus today. Beginning his career as a Technical Trainer, he found a knack with explaining complex systems in terms everyone can understand. "No technobabble spoken here" is his motto! When he's not improving our customer's technical experience, you'll find him reading/watching horror stories, jamming out to his analog stereo and turntable, shooting drone photography or most recently golfing with his two sons. Stan is a converted iPhone guy.
