Terry Rossi
Co-Founder & Chief Information Officer
The co-founder and CIO of PICS ITech, Terry is highly qualified with over 20 years of IT and business experience. He is certified professional in Microsoft, CISCO, HP and Allworx with a background as a Manager of Technical Support. This valuable experience gives him the expertise he needs to oversee service delivery to our customers, provide VCIO and technical consulting services and drive the business forward, helping us to continually deliver unbeatable service. Terry's hobbies include exploring the ocean, spending time boating with his family and farming hay in southern NJ.
Richard J. Rosenthal
Co-Founder
Richard J. Rosenthal is a co-founder of PICS with over 20 years of ERP & Business System implementation experience. During his extensive career, Rich has successfully managed dozens of ERP implementation projects for multiple verticals and company sizes. Rich currently leads the PICS Enterprise Software Division which includes ERP System implementations as well as supporting a global customer base for PICS's Enterprise Content Management (ECM)/Business Process Management (BPM) solution, DocLib. Rich holds a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a minor in Economics and is QAD Certified in Manufacturing, Distribution & Financials. Rich is a former Manager of ERP Software provider QAD's Application Support Department.
Adam S.
Senior Technical Consultant
With over 11 years of top-level technical and tech management experience, Adam is accomplished in all areas of computer and network management. His qualifications include MSCE, CISCO, HP and Allworx, which are invaluable when working with our customers on strategic projects surrounding network infrastructure, cloud solutions, virtual computing and unified communications. Adam is our go-to guy for Microsoft servers and CISCO routers and switches, and counts his greatest strength as his trouble-shooting capability.
Brian A.
Sales Manager
Brian Atchison joined the team in 2009, bringing with him more than 10 years of sales and management experience. He plays an integral part of PICS ITech's growth; acquiring new clients, developing sales initiatives and managing key accounts. Brian has dedicated his career to helping companies with their CRM and Internet marketing efforts using industry-standard solutions, including SalesForce.com, Google Adwords, SugarCRM. Google Local, Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress. In his free time, Brian enjoys active pursuits, including golfing, boating and skiing.
Dexter D.
Remote Systems Engineer
Four years in the IT industry as a regional IT specialist and subject matter expert has armed Dexter with an impressive variety of skills and expertise, covering application and desktop support, network level support; Windows Server, active directory, group policy, exchange, backup and disaster recovery, Viper anti-virus and RAID technology. In his spare time, Dexter enjoys reading tech magazines for PC hardware updates as well as playing sports and watching movies and concerts.
Don K.
Service Board Dispatch/ Technical Support
Twelve years of industry experience and a background as a webmaster, Web developer, technical support specialist and sales & customer service representative has provided Don with a wealth of IT knowledge. Don's role includes distributing service tickets to the technical team, providing technical support for PICS ITech's customers, webhosting customers, providing Internet connectivity to customers and administering and maintaining Linux and Windows hosting servers. Don's hobbies include SCUBA diving in remote locations, with his favorite dive spots being Truk Lagoon and Palau.
Heather M.
A/R Manager & Office Manager
Heather specializes in bookkeeping and accounts receivable management. She has five years of IT and bookkeeping experience, as well as qualifications in Accounting Fundamentals I and II. Outside of work, Heather is a music collector who has amassed more than 6,200 songs, focusing on albums from the 60s, 70s and 80s.
Jim D.
Inside Sales Manager
Jim is the first point of contact for our prospective customers, initiating contact and organizing face-to-face meetings. With 11 years of experience in the IT industry, a certification in sales management from the American Management Association and experience as a Plant Manager, Sr. vice president and CEO, Jim is the ideal candidate to help build PICS ITech's reputation as an industry leader. Away from the office, Jim indulges in warm water SCUBA diving and photography.
Joseph L.
Technical Consultant
Joseph's broad range of expertise includes Windows Server 2008, networking, Bizhub copy machines, printers and hardware. He has three years of industry experience including working as the manager of an employee helpdesk. Joseph also brings to the company an AD in Network Management from Nassau Community College and an MCTS in Network Configuration for Windows Server 2008. In his free time he is a keen sportsman, and umpires for his local sports leagues.
Laurie C.
Controller
Laurie has a strong background in financial reporting and accounting operations. She has a CPA from Pennsylvania and spent over 20 years in roles including Accounting Manager and Director of Finance, with nine years in the IT industry. Outside of work, she volunteers with musical theatre programs at her children's elementary and high schools and attends sporting events.
